Thats right, we are nearing the much anticipated Burning Crusade and in light of this fact i wanted to discuss some things we all need to be thinking of and talking about in Guild chat.
The Knights have long been a group of people who like to enjoy both the social and playing side of wow, always happy to help others and also enjoy everyones company. As the guild progressed it thrived on the need for people to support eachothers and help them level and develop their toons.
With the 60 level cap, many have avoided becoming a tool of level farming for lower levels. This was to ensure that players learnt how to play their toons correctly with people of their level. However in the past kOc provided a great place for people to level up their characters in teams and correctly learn their roles in a group.
We need to start to consider and ensure that as we move forward we again provide the support and help necessary for everyone to succeed. For that reason i wanted to raise the profile of the guild in how it has helped in the past and needs to continue to assist.
This would include the following:
-Grouping to complete Quests
-Helping others to complete their quests
-Grouping to run through Instances
-Helping people find equipment and gear that will help them progress
-Sending materials and items to the bank that other members may be able to use/benefit from
-Providing Quest advice and details
-Enjoying the game
We are all capable of these things and have grown up or joined this guild so that we can enjoy and benefit from them. Do not forget that the person who is asking for help may be the one who runs in the next Instance you need to go into, or could be the person who finds the next weapon you will benefit from using.
Ensure that we maintain the Spirit and heart of this guild and embrace the Burning Crusader by taking on its challenges together.
